Lemon Ginger Detox Tea (Morning Fat Burner)

A zesty, warming drink to kickstart metabolism and digestion first thing in the morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Pinch of cayenne or black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all in a cup. Drink warm on an empty stomach.

Notes

Drink on an empty stomach. Add honey only if needed (adds ~20 cal). Best for daily detox and bloating relief.
