- 1 cup spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 ripe banana (frozen for a creamier texture)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
- Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

Instructions:
- Prepare Your Ingredients: If using fresh fruits, wash and chop them into smaller pieces. If using frozen fruits, you can skip this step.
- Blend: Add the spinach or kale, banana, pineapple chunks, cucumber, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds or flaxseeds, and protein powder (if using) to a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or texture as needed. You can add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, or more fruits if you prefer a fruitier flavor.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it immediately. You can also add ice cubes for a colder and more refreshing drink.
