Green smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach or kale.
1/2 ripe banana.
1/2 cup pineapple chunks.
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped

1/4 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Instructions:
Wash and chop the ingredients into smaller pieces. Add the spinach or kale, banana, pineapple chunks, cucumber, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds to a blender and Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Feel free to customize your smoothie by adding other nutritious such as avocado, mango, berries, or protein powder.
