Recipe to make tea masala ☕☕

Ingredients
Dried ginger 100 grams
Cardamom:- 50 grams
Black pepper (black pepper):- 50 grams
Cinnamon:- 25 grams
Clove (long):- 25 grams
Fennel seeds 25 grams
Nutmeg powder (nutmeg powder): -1/2 teaspoon
Basil leaves (basil leaves): -10-12 leaves
Dried rose petals (optional)
Instructions
To make tea masala powder, first cut the sooth /ginger into small pieces
Now heat a pan. Fry crumbs in that pan over medium heat. Place in plate to cool down as the sip moisture is gone.
Put cloves, black pepper and cardamom in the same pan again.
Then add cinnamon and fennel.
Finally fry basil, rose petals and all those proof spices for a minute, turn off the gas.
Immediately spread these roasted spices onto the plate. Let the spices cool completely.
Now you should first take a fine piece of semolina in the mixer jar. Put this semolina powder in a bowl.
Then put the roasted spice in the same mixer jar and grind it fine.
Finally the mixer again mix all spices with roasted masala powder and nutmeg powder.
