Introduction

A full day diet plan for weight loss is going to be share that will help you to lose 10 kg in 10 days. This diet plan is unique as its oil and sugar free. This customized diet plan will be giving breakfast and dinner options which is easy to follow and made with easily available and inexpensive ingredients that are available in every kitchen. This plan will give you good results provided you follow it for 10 days. Besides following this plan, you will also have to do some exercises like walking etc.

Morning Time Diet Plan for weight loss

Start your day with turmeric tea or lemon and chia seed. Drinking turmeric is a natural detoxifier. The active ingredient in turmeric known as core cumin increases thermogenesis which leads to fat burning and helps with weight loss. Although lemons taste acidic they are alkalizing within the body balancing the body’s pH can help to lower inflammation. You can also drink one glass hot water with one lemon and 1 TSP honey that can effectively not only remove fat from the body but also detox it.

Chia seeds are an ancient superfood and are thought to have been a staple of Mayan and Aztec diets the fiber in them helps you to feel fuller for a longer time, thus it prevents the urge to have unhealthy snacks. Note that chia and basil seeds are entirely different and not the same. After 40 minutes have your breakfast.

Mid Morning

Apple & Carrot Smoothies

Here is a recipe for smoothies that you have to take before your lunch. Following are the ingredients of the smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 medium carrot  chopped
  • 1/2 cup of water.
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 TSP flaxseed
  • 1/4 TSP freshly ground cinnamon powder or you can use a small piece of cinnamon stick

Instead of water, you can also use coconut water or any fruit juice. Now squeeze in one lemon you can also use orange juice. Instead for sweetness and a sudden energy boost add in 3 dates. Blend all this until everything is nicely mixed. Now combined apples contain calm pounds that promote the growth of good bacteria in your stomach the high water content and an amazing amount of fiber that will keep you full until your next meal.

Carrots are low in calories and full of nutrients and they will provide you with vitamin A, needed for the day. Did you know that vitamin A plays a role in reducing abdominal fat.

Even though dates are high in sugar they contain many different minerals, these minerals can help in lowering blood pressure and regulate fluid balance in the body.

Cinnamon is another miracle spice that helps in weight loss. It charges belly fat suppresses your appetite and keeps you feeling fuller.

Lunch Time

Now moving on to lunch lightly toast one brown bread and top it with one sliced boiled egg sprinkled with salt and pepper and eat it.  You can also eat one sliced apple sprinkled with freshly ground cinnamon. After half an hour have one cup of green tea.

You will wonder that Eggs are among the healthiest food which is incredibly nutrient dense and filling mainly because of their high protein content. High-protein foods reduce appetite and increase fullness and when topped on brown bread they make a filling meal along with apple and cinnamon.

Use salads at lunchtime which include beetroot, cucumber, and onion as well, and remember that don’t use salt on the salad plate.

In the evening have a cup of green tea if you feel hungry you can snack on carrots or beetroot slices. Remember this is a sugar and oil-free diet if you crave for sugary snacks you can have up to three dates.

Dinner Time

Moving on to dinner have a bowl of masala oats these lightly spiced oats will make you feel fuller along with the vegetables. For those who don’t like masala oats, you can have this simple oatmeal with Cumin and coconut. Make sure you have your dinner by at least 7:30 p.m.

Lastly, at bedtime have a glass of warm lemon water. Lemon is not only rich in vitamin C but is also an immune system booster. It also acts as a black purifier and improves the body’s ability to get rid of toxins. Lemon is also a superior body alkalize. It helps to maintain the PH levels in the body. It prevents acne and wrinkles and gives you glowing and clear skin.

Follow this plan for 10 days and you will see amazing results not only on your body but also you will reduce weight. Remembering, to keep yourself hydrated don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
